About the position

The 1st Shift Part Time Warehouse Associate at ALDI plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to stores. This position involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

  • Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
  • Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
  • Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks.
  • Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
  • Participates in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
  • Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provides input to warehouse management regarding process improvements.
  • Inspects product and consults with management on quality and safety concerns.
  • Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
  • Assists management in achieving budgeted goals.
  • Performs all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
  • Follows ergonomic program procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
