Job Description

Williams Transportation is currently seeking full-time, and part-time Ground lead drivers who are looking to join an award-winning transportation logistics company. Williams Transportation is a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground + Home Delivery, and runs multiple routes throughout the Ogden area. We are hiring for positions for our Ogden location.

Drivers are responsible for safe and timely handling and delivery of packages to businesses and residential areas on their route. Drivers enjoy independence on the road and develop a rewarding and enjoyable career incorporating customer service, road safety and driving skills.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.

  • Must have 12 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years. Driving experience must be paid, for work, not to and from work. I.e. Pizza delivery, mail delivery, parcel delivery, real estate, home healthcare, etc. A CDL is not required.

  • Qualified individuals that don't have the necessary commercial driving experience can be approved by attending our driver training program.

  • Must be able to pass DOT physical as well as a drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Must have a clean driving record.
