Corporate Account Manager I – LTL id-4613

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for the development and management of large freight opportunities. Their responsibilities would include maintaining existing business through a solutions-based relationship, to pursue expansion opportunities of existing customers, identify and pursue new customers and a high level of collaboration within the company to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Expand and maintain customer revenue by focusing on the customer’s supply chain with decision makers, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing freight solutions.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Fosters an outstanding customer relationship by regularly engaging with the customer to provide business reviews, deliver value proposition and maximize customer utilization of company services.
  • Listen to understand and learn the customer’s business while leveraging emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
  • Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
  • Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.

Minimum Education

Bachelors Degree or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience. Three (3) years of LTL sales experience or two (2) years of FedEx business-to-business sales experience required. Ability to travel overnight required.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Preferred Qualifications: LTL/Freight Selling experience, working with large customers, strategic selling and negotiation, current/former FedEx employee.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $82,620-$151,680

Additional Details: This is a face to face sales role. Hybrid work schedule. The preferred location is Seattle, WA. Other locations within a 50 mile radius may be considered.
