<p>Job Expectations:</p>
<p>Essential Functions<br />
• Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals.<br />
• Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships, sell Unlimited Memberships within 15-30 seconds (very fast paced).<br />
• Learn Ducky’s at Chevron Wash Core Values prior to working your first shift.<br />
(you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent and bonus will be paid per membership sold).<br />
• Learn Ducky’s at Chevron Carwash Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts inside out/100% prior to working your first shift<br />
(you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent on premise to learn and test at 100%)<br />
Responsibilities<br />
• Having a positive attitude and interaction with employees and customers<br />
• Cleaning and maintaining car wash site and equipment.<br />
• Assist guest with questions on pricing, service, and awareness.<br />
• Guiding customers into car wash tunnel.<br />
• Must be able to sell additional services and unlimited memberships.<br />
• Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment.<br />
• Assist customers to process transactions.<br />
• Maintain SAFE environment on-site while working with others.</p>

• A detail oriented Organizer to keep site clean and inviting. We clean for a living, our sites should reflect that!<br />

• Someone who loves to be Active and engaged in doing something all the time.<br />
• Make sure the Site appearance & Cleanliness (Especially bathrooms!) is always at a level that impresses our customers.<br />
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism through the way you dress, carry yourself and interact with customers.<br />
• Retail and/or Hospitality experience preferred.<br />
• Valid Drivers license, good driving record and in-force liability insurance.<br />

<p>Selling<br />
• Educate every customer on the services that will best fit their needs by proactively explaining the features and benefits of our services.</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
• Must be able to stand for periods of time working at kiosk or entrance of car wash tunnel.<br />
• Job is outdoors and repetitive.<br />
• Must work weekends, holidays, and various hours.</p>
<p>Travel<br />
• Occasional work and travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations.</p>
<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.</p>
<p>Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.</p>
