Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
